Sophisticated, Practical, and Contemporary
This interior design project reflects our vision of a contemporary lifestyle based on simple design.
This is a three-bedroom apartment in a new building located in Vila Nova de Famalicão. The goal of the project was to create spaces with a modern, sophisticated, and practical design. In order to do that, we chose to work with simple materials and play with details.
The project was based on a neutral colour palette for the walls and curtains, and the various details and pieces of furniture mix black, white, and grey. We used a few coloured details to increase the dynamics of the space.
The furniture, chairs, and some decorative pieces were designed by COPERONYX®.
In this project, we also recycled some items, such as a solid wood crib associated with family and symbolic memories, which was lacquered in white and turned into a sofa for the youngest child’s bedroom, signed by COPERONYX®.
The visual language and connection between the different pieces and materials was the winning formula and strategy to make the most of the space. The details added character and personalized the project.
